Data Processing Addendum
Data processing basis for customer data in the adscalia platform.
Subject matter
This DPA describes how adscalia processes personal data on behalf of customers when the platform is used for Google Ads audits.
The customer remains the controller for data it enters into the platform or provides through connected Google Ads accounts.
Nature and purpose of processing
- Importing and normalizing supported Google Ads reporting data.
- Creating audit findings, scorecards, recommendations, and PDF reports.
- Providing user management, support, security, and error diagnostics.
Categories of data and data subjects
- Business contact data, user accounts, roles, and organization membership.
- Google Ads account, campaign, budget, conversion, asset, and performance data.
- Configuration data, free-text fields, and report content entered by users.
Security and access
adscalia uses role-based access controls, transport encryption, logging, and technical safeguards to protect customer data.
Employee and system access is limited to what is necessary.
Sub-processors and deletion
adscalia may use hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, and monitoring providers where required to operate the platform.
After termination or a justified request, customer data will be deleted or returned unless legal obligations or security records require retention.
