How adscalia processes personal data and Google Ads API data for audit workflows.

Data we process
- Account and login data such as name, email address, organization, and roles.
- Google OAuth connection data such as Google user identifier, email address, and connected Google Ads customer accounts.
- Google Ads reporting data such as campaigns, budgets, cost, conversions, assets, search terms, landing pages, and performance metrics where supported by the connected account.
- Audit configuration such as time frame, conversion goals, brand terms, competitor terms, and report language.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, timestamps, security logs, and error diagnostics.
Purposes of processing
- Providing Google Ads account audits, scorecards, findings, and PDF reports.
- Authentication, organization management, security, abuse prevention, and support.
- Product improvement, quality control, and error analysis where required to operate the service.
Google API data and Limited Use
Information adscalia receives from Google APIs is used only for the audit and reporting features authorized by the user.
adscalia's use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
adscalia does not sell Google API data and does not use it for advertising, profiling outside the audit purpose, or automatic campaign changes.
Retention, security, and deletion
adscalia keeps data only as long as needed for the service, support, security, legal obligations, or legitimate records.
Access is role-based. Connections can be disconnected in the product or revoked through the Google account.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Requests can be sent to support@adscalia.com.
